Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CopyClimb (the “Service”), operated by CopyClimb (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

CopyClimb is an AI SEO tool that researches keywords, generates articles in your brand voice, and — after your approval — publishes them to a website you connect. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Your content, sites and credentials

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the articles generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service. When you connect a publishing target (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, GitHub), you authorise us to use the credentials you supply to publish on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of those credentials and for everything published to your sites.

4. You approve every article

Articles are generated as drafts. Nothing is published until you approve it (in the dashboard or via WhatsApp). You are responsible for reviewing each article for accuracy, legality and suitability before approving it. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or result.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to produce or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, spammy, or harmful content, to violate any third party's rights, or to abuse, overload or attempt to breach the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. AI-generated content

Content is produced by AI models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. It is provided “as is”. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying it, and for ensuring anything you publish complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms you publish to.

7. Free trial & billing

New accounts include a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to start. To continue using paid features after the trial you must subscribe to a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including AI providers, payment processors, email and image providers, and the publishing platforms you connect. Your use of those services through CopyClimb is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
